Having been embedded within the UK hiking community for the past 10 years, we've seen a lot. Disposable BBQ pits burning in the peaks, ex-military men living pernamenetly on the Cairngorms to avoid their wives, chavs with a boombox hiking up Pen y Fan, yet more chavs climbing Nevis at 10 pm and of course, so many people with their phones out taking selfies that they will never check.<\/p>
We've also heard many stories along the way from fellow hikers, from the heart-wrenching to the hilarious. Our community of hikers share lots of common ground and lore, not to mention the endless amount of inside jokes, which only the seasoned hiker will understand.<\/p>
So, one day, we were browsing for funny hiking shirts. What did we find? Naff rubbish<\/u>. Nothing was that funny. It was the sort of stuff non-hikers buy for someone who hikes because they think it's relatable.<\/p>
